Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You do not need to enter any credit card information to see the shipping cost for your order.

US Domestic orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase and take 7-10 business days for delivery. You can upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional charge. We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses; a physical shipping address must be entered for orders to be shipped. The billing address entered must match the billing address on file for the credit card being used.

Your credit card will be charged when the item(s) ships. If your item is backordered, you will not be charged until the item(s) ships.

You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it. You may not make changes to an order once it is sent. Contact customer service at customerservice@wordlabelgroup.com to cancel an order. Please include your Order Confirmation number in your email so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

A confirmation of purchase will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If you would like an actual invoice, you may contact customer service by emailing customerservice@wordlabelgroup.com.

If your item is backordered, you will receive an email containing an estimated date of arrival. Please contact customer service at 888-483-0017 or customerservice@wordlabelgroup.com if you would like to request a more exact date. Make sure to include your Order Confirmation number in your email so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Pre-ordered items will arrive the week of the album's release date.

Online orders may be returned for a refund within 60 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service at 888-483-0017 or customerservice@wordlabelgroup.com to get a Return Authorization number for your return. Your refund will be issued to the same card you used to pay for your order. It generally takes 4-6 weeks for refunds to be issued once we've received your return. If you return an item without obtaining the proper Return Authorization number, you will not receive a refund. Word Entertainment does not issue return labels -- you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send your order back to us. We also do not refund the initial shipping fees. When the refund is issued to your credit card, it will only be for the cost of the item(s) returned.

If you have ordered apparel and it does not fit the way you expected it to, you can exchange it for the correct size as long as we still carry that item. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt. You must return the apparel unwashed and in the same condition as you received it. Please email customerservice@wordlabelgroup.com if you would like to make an exchange.

If an item you ordered arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service and we will have a replacement sent to you. As always, when contacting Customer Service regarding an order, please include your Order Confirmation number in your email.

We currently only ship to the US territories and Canada. We do not offer expedited shipping to Canada. Canadian orders ship every Monday; if an order is placed on Tuesday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

Tax is required only for orders shipping to: TN
